PhenoKG Visualization Demo
Explore the PhenoKG phenotype knowledge graph and the PhenoBench benchmark.

PhenoKG — Phenotype Knowledge Graph

PhenoKG organizes phenotypes along the Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) is_a hierarchy. The top-level anatomical systems below are sized by the number of descendant phenotypes and shaded by how many PhenoBench images they cover. Use the explorer to expand the is_a subtree of any phenotype.

Anatomical Systems

Top-level systems under Phenotypic abnormality (HP:0000118). Box area = number of descendant phenotypes; color = number of PhenoBench image–caption pairs covered by that system.

Subtree Explorer

Search a phenotype, then expand its is_a descendants (mirrors PhenoKG's child-node query).

Examples: Hemangioma Abnormality of the integument Abnormality of the eye Seizure
has PhenoBench images no images / intermediate node
Tip: click an orange node to jump to its PhenoBench samples below ↓

PhenoBench — Expert-Verified Benchmark

PhenoBench provides expert-verified image–caption pairs for phenotype recognition. Explore the phenotype frequency distribution, caption-length statistics, and browse representative samples.
